Applied NLP Coaching: From Thinking to Awareness, From Awareness to Change
Exploring how we think, communicate, and perceive the world can open the door to new perspectives, greater awareness, and meaningful choices.
Goal & Learning Outcomes
The Applied NLP Coaching module introduces participants to the foundational concepts, communication models, and practical techniques of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), exploring their potential applications within professional coaching conversations.
Throughout the program, participants examine how language, individual perceptions, beliefs, and thinking patterns may influence personal experiences and decision-making. Through experiential activities, participants develop their ability to partner with clients in exploring perspectives, recognizing inner resources, considering alternative choices, and identifying meaningful actions.
The module approaches NLP tools within the framework of the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics, emphasizing client autonomy, professional boundaries, respect for individual experiences, and trust-based coaching relationships.
By the end of the module, participants will learn to use NLP models as tools for reflection and awareness, supporting clients in discovering new perspectives and making their own informed choices.
