Relationship & Human Dynamics Coaching: From Awareness to Meaningful Connections
The quality of our relationships depends not only on how well we understand others, but also on how deeply we understand ourselves and the roles we play in our connections.
Goal & Learning Outcomes
The Relationship & Human Dynamics Coaching module equips participants with a deeper understanding of human behavior, interpersonal relationships, and communication dynamics, exploring how these insights can enrich professional coaching conversations.
Throughout the program, participants examine how personal needs, expectations, emotional responses, and communication patterns influence relationships. Through experiential learning, they develop the ability to partner with clients in recognizing relationship patterns, exploring different perspectives, clarifying personal boundaries, and making more conscious choices.
Developed with consideration for the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics, the module emphasizes trust, active listening, emotional awareness, and respect for client autonomy. Coaching approaches related to individuals, couples, and family relationships are explored within appropriate professional and ethical boundaries.
