Agile Mindset (28% of the exam): Agile Manifesto values and principles, building an agile culture, psychological safety, transparency, continuous improvement, tailoring the approach to the context.
Agile Leadership (25%): Servant leadership, empowering self-organizing teams, team development and collaboration, stakeholder engagement, conflict management and coaching.
Agile Product (19%): Product vision and roadmap, backlog management and refinement, prioritization, user stories, value-driven delivery, the role of the Product Owner.
Agile Delivery (28%): Iterative and incremental delivery, planning and estimation, Kanban flow and WIP limits, metrics and information radiators, quality and DevOps practices, risk and impediment management.
PMI-ACP® Exam Simulations: 120+ PMI-ACP® practice questions from official PMI material, Mastery Builder knowledge checks, real-world scenario group exercises and an exam strategy workshop.

Eligibility Requirements

Secondary degree (high school diploma or global equivalent)
Agile experience — one of the following: 2 years of agile experience within the last 5 years; or a degree from a GAC-accredited program plus 1 year of agile experience; or a third-party agile certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe) plus 1 year of agile experience; or a current PMP® certification
21 contact hours of agile training — completed with this program
To maintain the certification: 30 PDUs per 3-year cycle
