PURPOSE
Participants who complete the diploma program can apply to ICF for the PCC credential and become PCC-certified coaches. Coaches holding a PCC credential can provide mentoring to coaches who wish to obtain ACC or PCC credentials. The purpose of this module is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to mentor coaches who aim to obtain a credential.

PRACTICE
PURPOSE: Candidates who complete the first 2 modules are expected to complete 30 session experiences to improve their knowledge and skills. They are required to document these sessions with the "Session Evaluation Form".
MENTORING
PURPOSE: Participants who complete the mandatory and elective modules will begin 10 hours of mentoring work after completing 100 hours of coaching practice.
ELECTIVE MODULES
The minimum number of elective modules required for the ACTP Diploma program is 2. Participants who wish may increase the number of elective modules.
In order to receive the ACTP Diploma, participants must complete at least 125 hours of training consisting of selected modules, provided that Basic Coaching Knowledge and Skills Training is mandatory.
After completing the 125-hour training, they must complete the 10-hour Mentoring course and then submit 2 coaching session audio recordings together with their transcripts.
Participants who complete audio recordings at the required competency level become entitled to receive the ACTP Diploma.
With the ACTP Diploma, those who complete 100 hours of practice can apply to ICF for ACC
Those who complete 500 hours of coaching sessions can apply for PCC.
