TRAINING OBJECTIVE: 

It aims to establish a project management culture within the organizational structure and to transfer project management processes, tools, and techniques to relevant employees through examples and practical applications. In this context, the question “How is project management implemented in your company?” is addressed collaboratively.

Includes teaching the use of Primavera P6 or preferably Microsoft Project software used for project management.

Before the training, a sample topic to be projectized within the organization is selected together with the company,
The training content is delivered through this example, and a draft project plan is prepared together with the team,

MUTUAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


Trainer:


Will do their best to perform the tasks specified in this agreement effectively and appropriately, in accordance with professional standards.

Will ensure compliance with agreed planning and implementation deadlines.

Trainee organization:


May use all infrastructure (e.g., access to buildings, parking, and workplace areas)
Provide all documents and data required for the success of the project
Access to employees and key personnel when requested
Will ensure that practical issues related to infrastructure, documentation, and employee collaboration are resolved as quickly as possible.

Whiteboard and marker
For online trainings;

Zoom - Participants must have the Zoom video conferencing application installed on their computers and mobile devices.
Google Spreadsheets - Each participant will need a computer with internet access to use Google Spreadsheets for group project work.

Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects within a defined discipline and process,
Understand the project plan and execution status as a whole,
Learn methods for managing project stakeholders and teams and preventing potential problems,
Learn Risk Management practices for problem solving and early problem detection,
Identify and prevent factors that cause time and budget overruns at an early stage,
