• Coaching Foundations & Philosophy: History of coaching, coach responsibilities; clear distinctions from consulting, therapy, mentoring, and training.

• ICF Ethical Standards: ICF Global Code of Ethics, ethical core values, the ICF Ethical Oath, and professional standards of conduct.

• Brain & Mind Dynamics: Structural brain mechanics (left and right hemispheres), conscious vs. subconscious mind, and traditional learning stages.

• Needs & Logical Levels: Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, 6 fundamental human needs, Dimensions of Logical Perception, and Robert Dilts' Logical Levels.

• The Art of Coaching & Skills: Establishing rapport and trust, active listening, powerful inquiry, and developmental feedback.

• ICF PCC Presence Mastery: Somatic resonance, silence, intuition, energy regulation, and coaching agility in high-stakes environments.
