Dincer Köse
Dinçer Köse is a Civil Engineer, Senior Project Planning Specialist, and Delay & Claims Consultant with over 25 years of international experience.
He has specialized in Primavera P6-based project planning, delay analysis, and claims and EOT (Extension of Time) processes under FIDIC contracts in large-scale infrastructure, energy, and high-rise building projects carried out in Europe and the Middle East.
Throughout his career, he has held senior positions in international companies such as Jacobs, Turner International, and Kolin–Salini JV, and has led planning and project controls on billion-dollar projects in Germany, Turkey, and Gulf countries.
Using advanced methodologies such as Impacted As-Planned, Time Impact Analysis, and Windows Analysis, he has produced evidence-based delay analyses and provided technical support to claims and arbitration teams.
