Fardin Allahverenzade is a senior Project and Architectural Manager with over 20 years of experience managing large-scale construction, infrastructure, and development projects. He has successfully delivered many complex projects across civil, industrial, residential, and public sectors by collaborating with international developers, contractors, and consultants.

Holding PMP® and ACP® certifications as well as an MBA degree, Fardin combines global project management standards with practical expertise in architecture, design management, fit-out, façade, and interior finishes. As an experienced BIM manager, he leverages digital tools to improve coordination, reduce risks, and accelerate project delivery processes.

Fardin is also a mentor and trainer in PMP, ACP, and BIM domains. He guides professionals and teams in applying structured project management, agile methodologies, and digital collaboration techniques. He is recognized for his strategic leadership, decision-making skills, and ability to build high-performance teams. He consistently ensures full compliance with technical, financial, and legal requirements from concept to delivery stages.

Throughout his career, he has led many landmark projects such as new urban development projects, educational and municipal buildings, and high-end residential communities. His areas of expertise include master planning, shop drawing preparation, material selection, quantity surveying, cost estimation, and stakeholder coordination across the entire project lifecycle.
