I am Murad Süleymanli.
I completed my undergraduate education in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering between 2015–2020, and my master’s degree (MBA – Business Administration) between 2020–2022. My academic background in different disciplines has given me both a technical and managerial perspective.

Between 2018–2021, I worked as an Exams Supervisor at the British Council Azerbaijan. During this period, I gained significant experience in operations management, taking responsibility, and effective communication with people. Since 2021, I have been working at the International Bank of Azerbaijan (ABB), where I currently support teams as a Scrum Master to work in a more agile, efficient, and value-driven way.

Agile approach, data-driven decision making, and coaching/transformation are among my main areas of interest. Applying what I learn in practice and guiding teams and individuals in their development journey is not only a profession for me, but also a source of personal motivation.
