Parviz Babazade

He studied Economics at Adnan Menderes University. However, before completing his university education, he simultaneously began receiving online training in 3D modeling. He has been active in the construction and renovation sector for over 10 years, working in various companies during this period.

During his time at “Adpro Creative Concept” and “Archimet” companies, he actively took part in the design, 3D modeling, and visualization of exterior and interior furniture for many public and private residential and commercial projects, contributing up to the production stage. In this context, he became the designer of benches, lighting poles, and pergolas in various parks within the Ağ Şehir project.

He designed the glass-construction pergola connecting the main building and spa building at the Hyatt Regency hotel, and also carried out 3D modeling and visualization work for bus stops belonging to the Baku Transport Agency.

In addition, he worked on the interior design, visualization, and implementation processes of apartments and villas in many residential projects simultaneously. While working at “Zen Architects,” he designed the façade, interior, and landscape of villas in the Royal Park Residence residential complex and delivered the projects through to the implementation stage.

He also implemented various architectural and design solutions in the “High Park Residence” elite residential complex, managing the interior design of a sample (mock-up) villa from rough construction to turnkey delivery.

He holds a diploma and an official Autodesk-approved certification in 3D modeling, design, and visualization. Parviz currently continues the activities of his company “Smart Concept & Design,” which he founded. He also has models and mock-ups listed for sale on international 3D model platforms.

With over 10 years of experience, he has a rich portfolio.

He provides training in Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max, Chaos Corona Renderer, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop (post-production).
