Business Mentor, Professional Certified Coach, International Speaker and Trainer
(Dr.) Ilham N. Musayev is an ICF-certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a business mentor who supports individuals in the areas of career development, personal growth, and leadership development. His area of support also includes personal productivity, setting realistic goals, and being organized and well-planned. (Dr.) Ilham also helps develop a servant leadership approach through coaching and mentoring techniques.

He has over 30 years of practical experience in total. Twenty-five years of this experience were gained while working at bp, one of the leading companies in the oil and gas sector.

In 2024, he joined the Azerbaijan Judo Federation as Transformation Program Manager. Through his experience in transformation management at the Judo Federation, the achievement of two gold medals was supported, and significant contributions were made to organizational excellence and the establishment of a winning culture.

(Dr.) Ilham Musayev began his professional coaching career in 2018, has completed various ICF-accredited trainings, and has gained significant practical coaching experience.

Since October 2023, Ilham N. Musayev has been elected as the President of the ICF Azerbaijan Chapter.
In October 2024, he handed over this role to a new team.
He has also been appointed as an ICF Global Brand Champion for the next two years.

In October 2023, he was also awarded the prestigious Honorary Doctorate in Advanced Studies in Business Administration (Doctor of Advanced Studies - DAS) by Azteca University. This degree is awarded to individuals who have made significant academic or social contributions at national and international levels.
