After working in the banking sector for many years, she began training at the International Erickson Coaching School in 2015 and later became the head of the Azerbaijan representation of this school. In 2019, she obtained the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She continues her active business life and is the founder of the Wegros online shopping platform.

She currently has more than 2200 hours of coaching experience and over 1500 hours of training experience.
