He is a PMP-certified Project Manager with over 20 years of leadership experience in large-scale superstructure and infrastructure projects, as well as facility management, across Azerbaijan, Türkiye, and Europe. He specializes in managing complex CAPEX portfolios, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction at the highest standards. He is currently continuing his project management career in the Netherlands, leading high-profile international projects.

In addition, he actively contributes to the PMI Netherlands Chapter and provides voluntary mentoring support.
