Reshad Ibrahimov

Rəşad İbrahimov,

Training Coordinator, Press Secretary

Rəşad İbrahimov was born in Baku in 1977. After completing secondary school, he continued his education at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, from which he graduated with a master’s degree. Although he is an economist by education, his interest in language and literature led him toward the media field. For this reason, Rəşad İbrahimov worked for many years in newspapers, television, various magazines, and online platforms.

His skills in writing, public speaking, and his education in economics later enabled him to work in public relations and marketing. Having worked in major holding companies such as "Akkord", "Silk Way", "Italdizayn", and "Palmali", Rəşad İbrahimov was closely involved in the planning and implementation of a number of significant projects.

After 25 years of a professional life built on communication with people, Rəşad İbrahimov realized that he still had not found his favorite profession and came across the concept of coaching on one of the websites. After learning the fundamentals, principles, and mechanisms of this field, he decided: “I should become a coach!” This decision had a fundamental basis — helping people become happy. But how?

A quick search revealed that the only and first institution operating in Azerbaijan accredited by ICF (International Coaching Federation) was the “ICE International Coaching Education Academy.” This is the “International Coaching Education Academia.” Therefore, he immediately decided to receive training at the academy. Successfully completing the 174-hour diploma program of the academy’s MCC-certified coaches, Rəşad İbrahimov currently works as the Training Coordinator and Press Secretary at this institution, actively playing a role in the spread of coaching in Azerbaijan with the support of the academy’s professional team.
