I, Vafa Vahabova
I graduated from Baku State University, Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology. I worked in Human Resources in public and private companies for approximately 22 years. In every field I worked in, I was in close contact with people and paid attention to their psychological states, further developing my scientific knowledge in practice.

I raised two well-educated daughters with a broad worldview and I know very well what family values mean in practice.
In 2020, during the pandemic period, as my interest in coaching increased, my path crossed with ICE Academia  accredited by ICF (International Coaching Federation).
Here I was able to further develop my knowledge and experience and learn new things.

Sharing my experiences and what I have learned, and helping people illuminate their paths, has become an indispensable part of me.
